DWR-Coated Waterproof Fabric Durable Water Repellent (DWR) technology creates a hydrophobic surface on the fabric, causing water to bead and roll off without penetrating—preserving breathability and minimizing weight in wet environments. Ideal for tactical operations requiring mobility in rain, mud, or snow.

Flame-resistant fabrics are designed to prevent ignition, self-extinguish, and avoid melting or dripping under extreme heat. Flame-Retardant (Treated) – Regular fabric that undergoes a chemical process to resist flames. This treatment provides compliance with military FR standards and is used in our Gen 3 uniforms. (Keyword: Treated • Inherent Flame-Resistant (Nomex®) – Made from fibers that are naturally flame-resistant at the molecular level, offering permanent, non-washable protection. No melt, no drip—ideal for critical heat exposure

Engineered using hydrophilic fiber blends and profiled yarns, this fabric employs capillary action to swiftly draw sweat from the skin to the outer surface—where it spreads and evaporates rapidly. The micro-porous structure enables active airflow while preventing saturation, maintaining a dry microclimate and reducing heat stress during prolonged tactical ops.

Infused with mineral-based cooling agents and nano-zinc ions, this fabric rapidly dissipates body heat, blocks UV radiation, and provides odor resistance through antibacterial performance. Its microporous yarn structure enhances moisture wicking and breathability for active-duty use.

Blocks at least 98% of UVA and UVB radiation with a tightly woven structure and UV-reflective dyes. Modern UPF 50+ fabrics maintain protection even when wet, resist fading through washing, and are ideal for all-day tactical exposure to sunlight.

Made from high-tenacity nylon 6,6, Cordura® 1000D delivers superior abrasion, tear, and puncture resistance—ideal for high-stress zones. Used in: Gen 3 knee pad reinforcement for enhanced durability under extreme field use.

Utilizes a microporous ePTFE laminate or tightly woven high-density weave to block wind penetration entirely, while maintaining high breathability. Designed to minimize wind chill without causing overheating—ideal for tactical outerwear and cold-weather operations.

Recycled tactical fabric is made from post-consumer and industrial waste—such as plastic bottles, discarded uniforms, and cotton scraps—processed into durable, high-performance fibers. This eco-conscious textile retains key tactical features including abrasion resistance, moisture-wicking, and breathability, while significantly lowering environmental impact. Strike20’s recycled fabric uses a sustainable 75% recycled cotton and 25% Sorona® blend, delivering lightweight strength, climate control, and operational durability. Designed for modern tactical uniforms, it balances performance with environmental responsibility—ideal for military, law enforcement, and mission-ready professionals

Engineered with silver-ion technology, this fabric inhibits bacterial growth and neutralizes odor by disrupting microbial cells on contact. Built for extended wear, it maintains long-lasting freshness, even in high-sweat tactical environments.
