How to Measure Sleeve Length (Wrist to Lower Neck):

  1. Start at the Center of the Neck: Place the measuring tape at the base of your neck, near the center (where a shirt collar would sit).
  2. Run Across the Shoulder: Extend the tape over the shoulder to the arm.
  3. Down to the Wrist: Continue measuring down to the wrist bone, keeping the tape straight along the arm.

Tip: Keep the arm slightly bent for an accurate fit.

How to Measure Chest Size:

  1. Find the Widest Part: Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, usually across the nipples.
  2. Keep the Tape Level: Ensure the tape is horizontal and wraps snugly but not too tight.
  3. Measure Under the Arms: The tape should go under your arms and around your back at the same level.

Tip: Stand up straight and relax your arms at your sides while measuring.

How to Measure Waist Size:

  1. Find Your Waist: Wrap the measuring tape around the smallest part of your waist, just above your hips and below your ribs.
  2. Keep the Tape Straight: Make sure the tape is even all the way around and fits snugly, but not too tight.
  3. Relax: Stand naturally, don’t hold your breath or suck in your stomach.

Tip: The tape should feel comfortable, not too loose or tight.

How to Measure Leg Length

  1. Start at the Waistband: Place the measuring tape at the top of the waistband, where the pants naturally sit.
  2. Follow the Outer Leg Seam: Run the tape down along the outer seam of the leg, keeping it straight.
  3. End at the Ankle Bone: Stop measuring at the bottom of the leg, near the ankle or the desired length for the pants.

Tip: Ensure the person is standing straight with legs slightly apart for the most accurate measurement. Keep the tape snug but not tight.
