Based on the recipient’s country, the price is calculated during checkout. Deliveries to Israel up to 149$ will cost 12$ (within 15-20 days to delivery), any order above 149$ is with free shipping (to any given country in the list).

Any order with valid payment method will be shipped up to 24 hours after it was received, unless otherwise noted.
Order shipped via SF Express will arrive within 5-7 working days, orders shipped via SF Delivery will arrive within 7-10 working days.
special delivery to Israel will be (15-20) days.
Warranty and Returns
Strike20 offers a 30-day return and exchange policy. You may return your merchandise to First Tactical within 30 days of receiving your product. Returned products must be in resalable condition. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned items at our warehouse. We will apply refunds to the original credit card used at the time of purchase. While return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the buyer, we will cover these costs if the product is damaged or if an error occurred on our part. Please note that we cannot accept returns for a refund or in-store credit after 30 days from the date you received your package.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately through our dedicated support channel at support@strike20.com, or reach us directly via our customer service hotline.
In cases where the product is defective or an error has occurred on our part, we will bear the shipping costs to alleviate any inconvenience.

- Normal “wear and tear” from gradual degradation due to intensive use.
- Damage caused by alterations, modifications, or repairs not authorized by Strike20.
- Damage resulting from exposure to corrosive substances.
